River Bend is a warm & welcoming community! Please submit the form below
and tell us whether you are a new resident or want to provide us with information
about a new neighbor. We welcome new neighbors with a welcome basket!
The River Bend Association (RBA) is a non-profit, non-sectarian community
organization which seeks to "promote and protect the common interests of
its members as property owners and residents" of our neighborhood. The
RBA elects a Board of Directors with individual directors serving staggered
terms. Our meetings are the first Tuesday of each month. Interested in being
a director? Contact us below...
The cost to join the Association is $10 annually and includes a current directory, a set of luminaries, access to e-mail news and participation in the Neighborhood Watch Program. Contact us below for an enrollment form.
A portion of the dues each member pays goes toward publishing a neighborhood directory. Order your directory with your enrollment, or simply keep your information updated by completing
the form on the left.
We mail out registration forms to new residents and for current residents to update their information in October.
The RBA gathers and disseminates information on important local issues
and events that impact River Bend. It also expresses the opinion of the Board
and membership to public officials on matters that relate to our community.
River Bend Estates
Every winter holiday season since the beginning of River Bend time, River Bend residents have lined our streets with luminaries. This typically happens
on December 24th, since most residents are home that evening.
This is a beautifully tranquil tradition!
Although crime is infrequent and minor, we intend to keep it that way.
The only way we can do that is with cooperation of the residents
and Chesterfield Police Department.
We provide tips on making your home more secure,
watch out for one another, learn how to report suspicious
activities and serve as a springboard for efforts that address community concerns.

A few tips: Always lock your car doors. Keep your garage doors closed at night. If parking in the driveway, bring your garage door opener inside the house for the night. Clearly display your house number on your house and mailbox.
Keep plants cut back from hiding doors and windows. Keep exterior lights on at night.
The Chesterfield Police and Monarch Fire Department can perform a walk-through of your residence
to make sure you are safe and secure. You can make an appointment with the police
at 314-889-2341 or with the fire department at 314-514-0900.
